Mossy Creek Fly Fishing Forecast 1/18/2022
BRRR! It's cold out there and this weather looks like it is going to stick around for quite some time. Plan on temperatures in the single digits and teens with only a few days hitting the 40's. There appears to be another small winter storm Wednesday into Thursday and another small storm Friday! Keep an eye on the forecast before you head out. It may be a good time to comb through your gear and tie some flies until things thaw out a bit. Mossy Creek, Beaver Creek, Spring Run, Buffalo Creek and other spring influenced streams can fish well through these cold spells. Watch the back roads for snow drifts and ice! We are busy reorganizing the shop after a fun and successful show in Richmond this past weekend. The crew has been ramping up our tying inventory. You can expect to see thousands of new items hitting the shop and online store over the next 2 months along with more tying videos and presentations.
